Purchasing FAQ
Standard forged/cast carbon and stainless steel valves: 8 to 12 weeks. Custom alloys or large-diameter trunnion valves (NPS 24+): 14 to 18 weeks.
Yes. 100% traceable MTRs compliant with EN 10204 3.1 are provided with every shipment. EN 10204 3.2 certification is available upon request via third-party agencies (SGS, TUV, DNV).
Standard NDT includes Radiographic Testing (RT) for critical casting areas, Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for forgings, and Magnetic Particle (MT) or Dye Penetrant (PT) for surface inspections per ASME B16.34 and API 6D requirements.
Absolutely. We welcome Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) by your team or designated TPI agencies (such as Velosi, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek) to witness hydrostatic/pneumatic testing and final dimensional checks prior to shipment.
No strict MOQ for standard project sizes. However, ordering in pallet quantities optimizes per-unit sea freight costs. Sample orders for quality evaluation are accepted.
Our standard commercial terms are 30% T/T deposit with the PO, and 70% T/T balance before shipment after passing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders exceeding $100,000.
Standard 18-month warranty from the date of shipment, or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
ISPM-15 compliant, fumigation-free plywood cases. Flange ends are sealed with heavy-duty plastic or wooden covers to prevent damage during ocean freight.
